Are the GPUs new or refurbished?
You choose. Our Classic tier uses factory-remanufactured RTX 3090s — each undergoes a 72-hour burn-in test and carries a 1-year Axiom warranty. The Modern tier (RTX 4090) and Ultra tier (RTX 5090) use brand-new, factory-sealed GPUs with full 3-year manufacturer warranties. This three-tier system lets you balance budget against bleeding-edge performance. Every GPU, regardless of tier, is tested at full load for 72 hours before shipping.
Why RTX instead of data center GPUs like A100 or H100?
Price-to-VRAM. A single H100 80GB costs ~$25,000 — the same as our entire Node 8 Classic with 192GB of VRAM. For LLM inference, VRAM capacity is the binding constraint, not compute throughput. RTX 3090s offer 31 MB of VRAM per dollar vs. 3.2 MB/$ for the H100 — nearly 10× better value. Unless you're training models from scratch (which requires the H100's tensor core density), RTX GPUs deliver superior inference economics. We also offer RTX 4090 and 5090 tiers for customers who want new hardware with higher memory bandwidth.
What is the Office Stealth Package?
The Office Stealth Package adds industrial-grade acoustic dampening foam lining, baffled exhaust ducts, and low-noise fan curves to your Axiom Node. It reduces operational noise by up to 12 dB, making the unit suitable for deployment in shared office spaces, research labs, or home offices where silence matters.
How does shipping work?
All Axiom Nodes are assembled and staged at our overseas ODM facility. We offer two shipping tiers: maritime freight (4–6 weeks, included in base price) and air freight (5–7 business days, quoted at checkout based on destination). Units ship from our Dubai logistics hub with full insurance and tracking. US customers receive units within 14 days of payment clearing via air freight.
What payment methods do you accept?
Due to the high transaction value ($5,000–$40,000+), we process all orders via bank transfer (wire / ACH / SEPA) through Stripe. This eliminates credit card processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) and avoids fraud flags that commonly block high-value card transactions. After placing your order, you will receive wire transfer instructions from Stripe. Orders enter the assembly queue once funds clear.
What software is pre-installed?
Every Axiom Node ships with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Docker Engine with NVIDIA Container Toolkit, vLLM for high-throughput LLM inference, Ollama for easy local model serving, and Axiom Core OS — our lightweight management layer for GPU monitoring, thermal telemetry, and one-click model deployment from HuggingFace. The stack is open-source and fully customizable. You own the hardware and the software.
